At CookieMello, we bake every cookie with love and care to ensure you receive only the best.
However, if something doesn’t go as expected, we’re here to help you out!


1. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 30 minutes of placing the order, provided that baking or dispatch has not started.

  • Once the baking process begins, we cannot cancel or modify your order as our products are made fresh.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • You received the wrong item or a damaged product.

  • Your order was not delivered due to our error.

  • You cancelled your order before processing began.

Refunds are not applicable if:

  • The taste or design did not meet personal expectations (since all cookies are handcrafted).

  • Delivery could not be completed due to incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.


3. Returns & Replacements

Since our cookies are perishable, we do not accept physical returns.
However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or stale, please:

  1. Take a clear photo of the item and packaging.

  2. Email us at hello@cookiemello.com within 24 hours of delivery.

  3. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.

We’ll review your request and, if valid, issue a replacement or refund promptly.


4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 days:

  • First, check your bank account or payment method again.

  • Then contact your bank or payment provider.
    If you still have not received it, please contact us at hello@cookiemello.com.


5. Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to unforeseen weather, traffic, or logistical issues.
If your order is delayed beyond the delivery window, please reach out — we’ll ensure a quick resolution.
